This role ensures efficient processing of purchase requirements, maintains accurate procurement records, coordinates compliance documentation, and timely delivery of goods and services to all schools. The position acts as a key liaison between schools, vendors, and the procurement team, supporting compliance and best practice in all procurement operations. Key Accountabilities Procurement Operations • Manage and process purchase requirements for schools within the region.

• Maintain the regional procurement tracker to reflect status of purchases. • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods services to schools. • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve any operational issues related to procurement and delivery. Compliance Documentation • Coordinate and ensure the collection and verification of compliance documents related to procurement and vendor on-boarding checklists.

• Conduct annual compliance review and maintain accurate vendor documentation. • Maintain the contracts database for vendors under management. Service Level Agreements • Ensure SLAs with the schools / departments are adhered too. • Support the schools and departments in understanding procurement procedures and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Procurement Operations • Manage and process purchase requirements for schools within the region.

• Maintain the regional procurement tracker to reflect status of purchases. • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods services to schools. • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, UAE regulations, and ethical standards. • Oversee the onboarding and management of vendors, including due diligence and contract administration. • Maintain and update the approved vendor list, regularly surveying the market for new supply sources and evaluating vendor performance.
