What you´ll do The Engineer is responsible for performing laboratory testing and assist AE in application test, customer complaint analysis competitive market research, generate the professional laboratory test reports. Assis AE to design and set up no-standard laboratory testing method facilities to solve and simulate customer issue. Prepare and conduct internal technical training sharing. Support lab related special projects for digital and automation implementation.
Train and coach new employee in a systematic way. Participate laboratory 5S maintenance and continuous improvement.
