Receive and process requests from building occupants via telephone, email, or system alerts regarding infrastructure issues, technical incidents, or logistical services. Register and document requests in the ticketing system (e.g. MITS). Dispatch intervention requests to the appropriate technical teams, contractors, or Local Proximity Teams. Identify urgent situations and escalate them to security services or on-call technical staff when necessary.
Monitor the status of tickets until resolution. Provide information and guidance to building occupants regarding OIB services and ongoing works. Maintain clear communication with internal teams, technical managers, and contractors.
