Senior Manager Lateral Partner Integration

A prominent law firm is seeking a Senior Manager of Lateral Partner Integration for its Los Angeles office. Reporting to the Director of Partner Recruiting and Integration, this role leads the successful integration of lateral partners, partnering closely with Practice Leadership, Office Managing Members, Sponsors, Business Development, and Practice Management to ensure each lateral is fully integrated into the firm’s culture, operations, client platform, and business development ecosystem.

The role manages a comprehensive integration experience spanning onboarding through the first two years of practice, developing individualized integration plans with clear goals, milestones, and success metrics. Responsibilities include facilitating integration meetings across offices and practice groups, serving as each lateral partner’s primary point of contact, overseeing orientation and onboarding, preparing formal integration reports at key milestones, and analyzing data to inform future recruiting and integration strategies.

The role also involves broader firm-wide legal recruiting initiatives and requires regular travel among firm offices. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (JD or MBA favored), 6+ years of relevant experience in professional services, legal services, or partner/talent programs, and strong project management, executive presence, and relationship-building skills. The salary range for this position is $180,000–$225,000.
