Junior Project Manager | PM | Commercial Fit-Out Welwyn, Hertfordshire | Up to £37,000 + Company Car + Benefits An established commercial fit-out contractor is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its growing team, delivering projects across the public and government sectors , typically ranging from £30k to £2m. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some existing construction experience who is looking to develop into project management.

A degree is not essential ; practical industry experience, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are more important. Based primarily from our client’s offices, you will shadow an experienced Senior Project Manager as part of a structured training programme , progressively taking responsibility for your own projects. The role includes: Supporting the delivery of commercial fit-out projects. Working with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Assisting with programmes, procurement, costs and project reporting. Site visits and project coordination across the Midlands to South Coast . The successful candidate will have: Previous experience within construction or fit-out. Good communication and organisational skills. Full UK driving licence. A genuine desire to build a career in Project Management. Security clearance: Due to the nature of the projects, applicants must be able to obtain the required security clearance and complete the necessary background/CRB checks .
