To Apply for this Job Click Here As a Branch Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team of auto agents and Personal Line Advisors within a dynamic office environment. You will be driving operational excellence and fostering a positive, productive workplace. Your leadership will directly influence team performance, workflow efficiency, and client satisfaction. This in-office role offers hands-on management and strategic oversight to ensure seamless daily operations in a growing insurance brokerage.
Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 15 plus staff members, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Oversee and streamline workflows, identify efficiencies, and implement process improvements. Manage day-to-day operations of personal lines and Autoplan transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Handle employee recruitment and onboarding, with final hiring authority supported by HR.
Support occasional travel to satellite offices and oversee operational continuity across locations. Maintain a strong book of business and foster relationships with local stakeholders and partners. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of management experience with a proven track record of leadership. Knowledge of auto and personal lines insurance Strong organizational, communication, and change management skills.
Ability to motivate a team, handle high transaction volumes, and adapt to evolving business needs. Relevant educational background preferred; experience with broker management systems (e.g., Sig, EPIC, TAM) is advantageous.
