The ideal candidate should have previous experience in medical reception, strong customer service skills, and the ability to support patient interactions in a professional healthcare environment. Candidates with experience in aesthetics or dermatology clinics and strong sales abilities will be preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work in a patient-focused environment while managing front desk operations and customer relationships.
Core Accountabilities Welcome and assist patients with a professional and friendly approach. Manage front desk operations, appointments, and patient enquiries. Handle customer communication and provide excellent service. Support sales activities and promote clinic services when required. Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Skills & Experience Required Education & Experience: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, including experience in Aesthetics or Derma clinics. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of medical reception and front desk operations; skilled in sales support and clinic service coordination.
