The role focuses on inventory accounting, stock control, and core finance operations (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger) within a fast-paced food manufacturing/FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory accounting and stock control activities Perform stock reconciliations, inventory movement tracking, and variance analysis Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records Prepare reports using Excel and accounting/ERP systems Support daily finance operations while maintaining accuracy and compliance Requirements Proven experience in Accounting and Finance Strong background in Inventory Accounting and Stock Control Experience with stock reconciliation, inventory movements, and variance analysis Knowledge of AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and general ledger Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems Previous experience in a food manufacturing, trading, FMCG, or warehouse environment is an advantage UAE experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Strong knowledge of inventory accounting & stock control, AP/AR, general ledger & bank reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel & ERP/accounting systems How to Apply Email your CV to [email protected].
