The role focuses on leading daily catering operations, managing teams, menu planning, food safety compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships in an industrial or camp catering environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day catering operations and ensure smooth service delivery Lead and supervise catering teams to achieve operational excellence Plan menus while maintaining quality, cost control, and efficiency Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP standards Build and maintain strong client relationships Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements Requirements Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management, or a related field 5–10 years of experience in industrial or camp catering within the Middle East Strong experience in team leadership, workforce management, and client relations Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards Excellent skills in menu planning, cost control, and operational management Good communication skills in English and Hindi Candidates currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred How to Apply Email your CV to [email protected].
