The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, monitoring workmanship and quality, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and per approved drawings. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities on site Manage and allocate manpower according to project requirements Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules Supervise gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, tiling, masonry, and joinery works Coordinate with MEP teams to prevent clashes and minimize rework Monitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and material usage Identify site issues and coordinate with the engineering team to resolve them Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements Monitor daily progress and submit site status reports to management Assist with snagging, rectification, and final project handover Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or Foreman Strong experience in interior fit-out projects Good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out methods Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural drawings Experience managing site workers and coordinating multiple trades Good understanding of MEP coordination UAE experience in interior fit-out is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Immediate joiners will have an advantage Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, shop/architectural drawings, MEP coordination, site supervision, HSE standards, and quality control How to Apply Email your CV to [email protected].
