Travel Registered Nurse – ICU – 7P to 7A Location Wichita, KS Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 7P – 7A Job Description We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for the ICU department. As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions, administering medication, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities Manage a patient ratio of 1:2 in an ICU setting. Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs. Assist in procedures such as balloon pump management, CRRT, and hypothermia interventions. Ensure accurate documentation in the Meditech EMR system. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience.
