Radiology: Interventional Radiology (IR Tech)

Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Days: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. On-call 7 on 7 off schedule. Job Description The Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires proficiency in all interventional radiology procedures, along with collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities Perform interventional radiology procedures in accordance with prescribed protocols. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes. Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are upheld. Monitor patients during procedures and provide necessary support. Document all procedures accurately in the patient’s medical record. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure ARRT certification (Vascular registry not required).

BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist. Proficiency in all interventional radiology procedures. Why ARMStaffing?
