Registered Nurse (Per Diem, Strike Assignment) Job Description This is a per diem Registered Nurse position focused on providing care during a strike assignment. Successful candidates must report for onboarding no later than the day before the strike begins and be available to work specified strike dates. Schedule Shift Hours: 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM Availability for strike dates: September 15, 2026, through September 16, 2026, for night shifts.

Responsibilities Deliver nursing care to patients based on established protocols and standards. Ensure compliance with all necessary onboarding and strike-related requirements. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Nursing License Verification.

BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable. Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation thereof. Completion of a minimum compliance onboarding process. Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings, including a drug screening and health assessments. Assignment Duration This is a short-term strike assignment with a specific focus on the emergency needs during the strike period.
