Registered Nurse – Emergency Department Location Cypress, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 07:00 – 19:00 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all medical protocols are followed and that patients receive timely treatment.
Responsibilities Provide nursing care to emergency department patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform necessary emergency procedures, including but not limited to tPA administration, STEMI care, CPR, and laceration repairs.
Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and rehabilitation plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience.
