Physical Therapist Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: Varies Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for our patients. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments of patient needs.
Create individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and improving quality of life. Implement therapy interventions and monitor progress. Educate patients and families on treatment objectives and home exercises. Document patient progress and modifications to treatment plans as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
