Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients. Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Schedule This is a Monday to Friday position, with rotation for one day of weekend coverage. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Physical Therapy license.
