Pediatric Respiratory Therapist Location Dallas, Texas Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day Shift: 7A – 7P Job Description The Pediatric Respiratory Therapist will provide specialized care within the Pediatric Emergency Department. The unit consists of 15 beds and operates with a patient ratio of 1 therapist for the Pediatric ED during day shifts. The role involves working with pediatric patients requiring respiratory support and utilizing a range of advanced respiratory equipment while documenting care in the Meditech EMR system.

Responsibilities Perform bronchiolitic scoring and manage respiratory arrest situations. Administer noninvasive and invasive ventilation as required. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have experience in Pediatric Critical Care.
