Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation Location East Chicago, IN Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM Job Description Join the team in East Chicago, Indiana, providing exceptional inpatient rehabilitation services. This role offers the opportunity to explore Lake Michigan’s beaches and enjoy proximity to downtown Chicago. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
Implement therapy interventions for neuro and orthopedic patient populations. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana. Experience with adult populations preferred.
