Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care Location Rochester, NY Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 3×12.0 – Days/Evenings/Nights, including weekends, on call, and holidays as needed. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care environment. The RN will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing care for a select group of geriatric residents.
Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care and assessments. Document and implement the nursing plan of care. Oversee the work of LPNs and CNAs. Administer medications as prescribed. Provide wound care and manage overall patient health without acute care needs. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN License in New York State. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in long-term care.
