Registered Nurse – Medical ICU Schedule This is a Day 12×3 shift position. Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team. Our 30-bed unit cares for a diverse patient population, including those with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, alcohol use/abuse, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical skills and experience. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients. Monitor vital signs and manage ventilators. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU setting.
