Registered Nurse – Medical ICU Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 days a week. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team. This fast-paced unit specializes in critical care for a diverse patient population, including those with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failures, COPD, chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, and substance abuse issues.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor and manage ventilation support as well as other critical care equipment. Administer medications and treatments as per protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. Conduct patient assessments and document care in medical records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 3 years of experience in an ICU setting preferred.
