Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Schedule Day shift, 12-hour shifts. Assignment Duration This is a contract position for 13 weeks. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for Med/Surg patients in a 30-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5-6:1. This is a dedicated education unit; however, travel nurses will focus on direct patient care and will not be responsible for education duties.
Responsibilities Provide nursing care to a mixed Med/Surg patient population. Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient information accurately and timely. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a level 1 trauma center or a mid-large hospital setting.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Active RN license in the state of practice. Positive attitude and commitment to timely care delivery. Why ARMStaffing?
