- Use and manage the tools and systems necessary to perform HR tasks. - Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and oversee the management of personal information. - Contribute to the digitization and automation of processes to modernize operations. - Provide support for ongoing projects and collaborate with various departments to achieve strategic objectives. - Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or has equivalent experience in the field; - Communicates fluently in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus; - Has 7 to 10 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, or human resources administration; - Demonstrates strong skills in process optimization and operational functions within human resources; - Has demonstrated skills in supervising teams and is comfortable in the role of both mentor and leader; - Is comfortable working in a multi-site environment and with a workforce covered by multiple collective bargaining agreements; - Has a good command of Belgian labor laws and knows how to apply them in practice; - Is recognized for their analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, as well as their ability to organize and structure their work effectively; - Is change-oriented and focused on implementation: capable of transforming ideas into concrete operational processes.
