Export Documentation Executive _ 55k CTC _ Masjid Bunder – CSMT

We are looking for our export company in the  Home Textiles segment , with a specific focus on decorative pillows featuring high-end embroidery.   JOB OPENING : EXPORT DOCUMENTATION   Position: Export Documentation Executive Industry: Home Textiles / handicrafts Export Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience Location : Masjid Bunder Timing : 9 Am to 5:30 Pm ( Sunday Off) Salary: 40,000  to  55,000 per month, depending on experience & capability   We are looking for an experienced professional to handle complete export documentation and post-shipment coordination for our home textile export business.

  Key Responsibilities : Preparing and managing complete export documentation for Shipment Handling Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc. Knowledge of Forex / export proceeds / realisation and coordination with banks Handling and following up on export incentives and government benefits, including Drawback, RoDTEP and other applicable export schemes Coordination with banks, freight forwarders, CHA / customs agents and government authorities Following up with buyers and banks for export payment realisation / payments due Monitoring outstanding export payments and ensuring timely submission of required documents Handling bank documentation, export bills, BRC/eBRC and related compliance Maintaining accurate records of shipments, payments, incentives and export documentation Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time   Candidate Profile : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Export Documentation, preferably with a home textile / textile export company Strong knowledge of export procedures, banking, Forex and government export incentives Should be independently capable of handling the complete export documentation cycle Good coordination and follow-up skills with buyers, banks, CHA, shipping agents and internal teams Good working knowledge of MS Excel and export documentation systems Detail-oriented, responsible and capable of working independently
