Restaurant General Manager Location: Bridgewater, NJ We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy, full-service restaurant operation in Bridgewater, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, staffing, service, and guest experience.

Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members to create a high-performing team. Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain top hospitality talent. Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation. Manage scheduling and labor to ensure appropriate staffing levels while controlling costs. Monitor sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and other key operating metrics.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and achieving financial goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standards. Handle guest concerns professionally and work to build strong customer loyalty. Conduct regular manager meetings, training, and performance coaching. Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented restaurant culture. Partner with ownership and leadership to implement operational initiatives and drive continued growth.

Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant manager. Strong background in full-service restaurant operations. Proven ability to lead and develop a management team. Solid understanding of P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory management. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong guest-service mindset with the ability to lead by example.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality.
