Responsibilities Counselors provide a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for individuals, couples, groups, and/or families. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide counseling and prepare treatment plans for clients and families, providing therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as needed. Collect patient data through interview, case history, psychological tests, and observational techniques.
