Lead Support Worker - Weymouth (DT4) Full UK Driving Licence and own car is essential for this role Hours: 37.5 hours per week (rota-based) Make a Difference Every Day At Dimensions, we believe in supporting people to live the lives they choose. About the Role Working accross multiple seetings in the Weymouth area. Reporting to Registered Locality Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered. You will: Lead by example to deliver outstanding support Empower the people we support to live fulfilling, independent lives Support colleagues through supervisions and 1-2-1s Work collaboratively with the management team Occasionally support with off-rota administrative tasks Be flexible to work across other homes within the locality if required Working Pattern: Mixture of shifts:7:00am – 2:30pm & 2:30pm – 10:00pm Sleep-in shifts required (£50 per night) and alternate weekends About You We’re looking for someone who: Is passionate about person-centred support and inclusion Leads with integrity, compassion, and accountability Has experience supporting people with learning disabilities/autism (or similar) Is confident supporting colleagues and stepping into a leadership role Can work flexibly across services when needed Lives in (or near) the West Dorset/Weymouth area Rewards that make a difference A competitive payrate with uplift for overtime you chose to work Flexible shift patterns to suit your needs 30 days paid Annual Leave (including public holidays – pro rata) Opportunities for career progression Supported ‘Learn to Drive’ scheme (up to 30 driving lessons, 1 theory/practical test - all paid for by us) We offer a salary advance scheme where you can access up to 50% of the money you've earned before payday.
