FP&A Analyst (MI) London - Hybrid - up to 80k I'm working with a leading insurance business looking for a qualified accountant to join their Commercial Reporting & Analysis team. This would suit someone looking for their second move within the insurance market who has a strong reporting background but is keen to move further into FP&A, analysis and commercial decision-making. Role responsibilities:* Management and performance reporting* Financial and variance analysis* Supporting executive and senior leadership reporting* Turning financial and operational data into clear business insight* Working with Finance, Actuarial and wider business stakeholders* Supporting FP&A and commercial decision-making* Improving MI, reporting processes and automation What we are looking for:* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified* Insurance experience - Lloyd's or General Insurance* Strong financial reporting / management reporting background* Good understanding of financial analysis and variance analysis* Advanced Excel* Commercially minded and interested in developing an FP&A skill set* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Power BI / reporting automation experience would be beneficial A good opportunity for someone who wants to take their existing Insurance reporting experience and move into a more analytical and commercially focused role.
