Senior Counsel - M&A Senior in-house counsel role supporting M&A and strategic transactions for a large, regulated financial services company. Responsibilities Lead legal aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, and investments. Draft/negotiate NDAs, LOIs, SPAs, APAs, and related documents. Manage due diligence, regulatory approvals, and external counsel. Advise senior leadership on deal structure, risks, and execution.
Support post-acquisition integration. Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited law school. 3+ years of relevant legal experience. Strong M&A and transactional experience, preferably in a regulated industry. Details Hybrid, 3 days/week in office. 220K base + potential bonus.
