The PMO Manager I is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts while overseeing the successful delivery of projects that support organizational objectives. This role provides leadership for project execution, governance, portfolio reporting, stakeholder engagement, and resource management. Given Loyal Source's environment and your TPMO maturity initiative, a PMO Manager with 3 PMs and 1 BA would typically be positioned as a managerial leadership role , sitting between individual project managers and TPMO leadership, with responsibility for both people management and project portfolio oversight .
