Key Account Administrator (own car required) Location: Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin Salary: €32,000 – €34,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Labour Force is recruiting on behalf of a leading global logistics and supply chain company for a Key Account Administrator to join their team in Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you’ll work closely with customers, manage key accounts, support inventory control, and help keep daily logistics operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing Managing customer accounts and being the main point of contact Monitoring stock levels and inventory reporting Supporting warehouse and logistics operations Preparing daily shipment, inventory, and goods-in reports Assisting with customer invoicing and month-end processing Building strong customer relationships Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed What We’re Looking For Previous administration, customer service, account management, or logistics experience Strong communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with inventory, warehouse, or shipping systems is an advantage Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
