WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO Gather requirements for new functionalities and clearly communicate them to the wider Scrum team. Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories. Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to understand, prioritise and plan incoming work. Support change risk assessments, security issues and incoming tickets related to BMS applications.
Take an active role in managing and coordinating changes across building management projects. AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or Business Developer within software development for Facility Management or Building Management Systems. Experience with BMS-related domains such as HVAC, lighting, security cameras, networking, cooling and air conditioning, or physical building access.
Proven experience in requirements gathering and working within Agile and DevOps environments. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with attention to detail, critical thinking and a pragmatic approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch is preferred, with strong listening, adaptability, cultural awareness and stakeholder management skills. Tick all the boxes?
