Senior Information Technology Security Research and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Information Technology Security Research and Development Specialist for our client who meets the following criteria: Language: Bilingual – English & French Security Clearance: Top Secret & NATO Secret Location of Work: On-site – Primarily at the David Florida Lab, 3701 Carling Ave., Ottawa, Ontario. Some work may occur at other DND facilities across Canada. Travel may be required to the United States, Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

Requirements: The Bidder should demonstrate that the proposed resource has a post-secondary education (College/CEGEP diploma or University degree) from a recognized* Canadian post-secondary institution or the equivalent as established by a recognized* Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside of Canada, in one (1) of the following areas: Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering * The list of recognized organization can be found under the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials website, at the following internet links: https://www.cicic.ca/2/home.canada The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has integration experience within a C4 system with a minimum of two (2) Command and Control (C2) software from the following list: SitaWare, TAK GCCS CSI SC2PS.

The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has integration experience within a C4 system with a minimum of three (3) military radios from the following list: PRC117G PRC152 PRC160 PRC163 TW135 TW950 KOR-24 MPU5 The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has integration experience within a C4 system with military network configuration including as a minimum: Network Interface Card (NIC) configuration and IP schema design and implementation.

The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has R&D integration experience within a C4 system with a minimum of three (3) Command and Control (C2) software from the following list: SitaWare TAK GCCS CSI SC2PS The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has R&D integration experience within a C4 system with a minimum of four (4) military radios from the following list: PRC117G PRC152 PRC160 PRC163 TW135 TW950 KOR-24 MPU5 The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has experience with defining functional and performance requirements of Coalition Shared Databases (CSDs).

The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has experience with a minimum of three (3) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) metadata modification software from the following list: FTS CATS JIMS KLV-Ed TACDS The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has experience with configuring cryptographic equipment, loading cryptographic material and managing crypto keys on military networks.

The Bidder must demonstrate that the resource has a minimum of twenty-four (24) months experience in integrating and testing a minimum of three (3) of the following network security appliances: Type 1 encryption devices, Commercial encryption/tunneling technologies, firewalls, cross domain solutions, intrusion protection systems, and secure hypervisor.
