The role will take a leading position in technical decision-making, site execution, engineering quality, and multidisciplinary coordination across major infrastructure developments About the Company Our client is a young and ambitious Myanmar-based company operating across the infrastructure and investment sectors. With a strong focus on delivering quality services and contributing to the country's development, the company is involved in projects aimed at addressing Myanmar's growing infrastructure needs Description Oversee construction progress, ensuring project schedules, manpower productivity, equipment allocation, and material deliveries remain on track Provide technical leadership on engineering drawings, structural designs, construction methodologies, and site execution Review and approve technical proposals and construction methods to ensure they meet project requirements Lead and develop site engineers, project managers, and technical teams to maintain strong project performance Ensure construction activities comply with applicable safety regulations, building codes, technical requirements, and quality standards Establish and maintain robust QA/QC processes, including accurate technical documentation and data validation Monitor project budgets, material costs, manpower allocation, contractor payments, equipment procurement, and overall resource utilization Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, design conflicts, and construction issues that may affect project delivery Coordinate with geotechnical, hydraulic, environmental, and utility specialists to develop practical solutions to site-related challenges Work closely with project stakeholders and contractors to maintain effective communication and resolve issues efficiently Support overall project planning and execution while ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards Requirements Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline Professional Engineer (PE) License is required Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure project delivery Strong technical knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and relevant local building codes Proficiency in structural design and project management software Proven experience leading site engineers, project managers, and technical teams Strong understanding of QA/QC, construction safety, project controls, and resource management Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure Willingness to work on-site and operate effectively in varying weather and project conditions Benefits Other allowances Career Growth Opportunities Opportunity to work on major infrastructure developments For more information, contact Tun Chit on WhatsApp/Telegram at +95-9-777-001-918
