You’ll be: 	 Developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles 	 Determining effective sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach) based on role requirements and market conditions 	 Building and maintaining active talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs 	 Managing full-cycle recruitment: intake consultation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer recommendations 	 Evaluating candidate qualifications and making informed recommendations to hiring managers 	 Influencing hiring decisions with insights on candidate quality, availability, and market competitiveness 	 Optimizing job postings and recruitment advertising for effective resource use 	 Utilizing ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI-assisted recruiting technologies for efficiency and data-driven hiring 	 Achieving key recruiting performance metrics including time-to-fill and fulfillment rates 	 Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance 	 Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process 	 Supporting the offer process and ensuring timely hiring decisions 	 Ensuring compliance with federal, California State, and local employment laws 	 Tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics to guide decision-making This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from an accredited university/college 	 Have at least 5 years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience in California, preferably in chain retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, manufacturing, warehouses, or similar high-volume environments 	 Are skilled in using modern recruiting technologies, including ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI-assisted talent acquisition tools 	 Possess strong knowledge of federal, California State, and local employment laws related to recruiting and hiring 	 Demonstrate excellent sourcing skills using job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and networking techniques 	 Are detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced setting 	 Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of ownership, initiative, and accountability 	 Are proficient in HRIS & ATS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 	 Bilingual capabilities in English and Mandarin/Cantonese or English and Spanish 	 PHR-CA certification is preferred 	 Able to travel to store locations and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities, including evenings and weekends as needed 	 Comfortable communicating frequently with candidates, employees, and management in person, via phone, and email What happens next Once you appl
