You’ll be: 	 Managing Global Business Purchase Agreement (GBPA) FIT updates, including high-volume part number uploads, part additions, PO and ASL flow verification in Oracle, and tracking completed projects 	 Completing General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) updates, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely approval 	 Reviewing and resolving outfiles/IPV issues, addressing price discrepancies, and working with sourcing managers for resolution 	 Responding to daily email requests and supporting the Hardware team with part prints, PO PDFs, BPA corrections, and system/supplier issue resolution 	 Raising Value Package Change Requests (VPCR) and Supplier Change Requests (SCR) in collaboration with the sourcing team This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) 	 Are experienced with Microsoft tools and quick to learn multiple systems and interfaces 	 Display a positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and responsiveness to multiple simultaneous requests 	 Can prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
