Office Manager & Finance Administrator – 4-Day Work Week Our client, a specialized international player in the industrial agricultural sector, is looking for an experienced Office Manager & Finance Administrator for their Maastricht office. Operating worldwide through several foreign subsidiaries, this organization combines a compact, informal office environment with a truly global scope. You will work closely with the Managing Director, be at the center of the day-to-day operation, and see the impact of your work directly in management reports and international cooperation.

Senior, trusted position with high visibility – work directly with the Managing Director, become the central point of contact for the Maastricht office, and play a key role in steering the business.

Broad, varied international scope – combine bookkeeping, reporting for foreign subsidiaries, office organization, and travel planning in a small, internationally active company where no day is the same. Role Responsibilities Finance & bookkeeping ownership – manage day-to-day accounting, prepare payments, support subsidiary reporting, and provide accurate financial information that underpins management decisions and international growth.

Office management & organization – run the Maastricht office smoothly by coordinating supplies, maintenance and service providers (such as IT and building maintenance), ensuring a professional and efficient working environment. Business support & coordination – support the Managing Director with order calculations in Excel, coordinate with international subsidiaries, customers, suppliers and external advisors, and arrange travel and practical matters that keep the global operation moving.

Requirements Background in finance and office management – relevant education (e.g. office management, finance, accounting or similar) plus proven experience in bookkeeping and office coordination, enabling you to confidently take ownership of both domains. Strong Excel and systems skills – proficiency in accounting system data entry and maintenance of accurate records, combined with solid Microsoft Excel skills for preparing and checking order calculations and managing calculation sheets.

Independent, organised and communicative – excellent organisational skills, the ability to juggle multiple administrative and financial tasks, and the confidence to liaise with external service providers, work closely with senior management and act as a trusted point of contact.
