market.The role requires strong product management experience, deep understanding of complex systems, and proven ability to work with hardware/software integrated solutions. Experience in the defense, homeland security, law enforcement, public safety, or critical infrastructure domains is highly preferred.The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-facing, technically strong, and able to translate customer needs, operational use cases, and market feedback into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn product management activities for Sentrycs’ U.S.
customers and partners.Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, operational feedback, and U.S. market needs.Translate complex use cases into clear product requirements and roadmap recommendations.Work closely with Engineering/R&D, system engineering, sales, Business Development, customer success, and leadership teams.Support customer meetings, demos, field trials, pilots, and operational deployments.Define requirements for complex hardware/software integrated systems and full solution offerings.Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.Understand U.S.
market needs, bring structured input to the Product and Engineering/R&D teams, and ensure these needs are reflected in the overall company roadmap.
