We are currently recruiting for multiple EHC Coordinators to support our Local Authority client in Greater London . Contract Length : 3-6 month initial contract Pay Rate: £300 per day Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office per week If you are an experienced SEND/EHC professional with a strong understanding of statutory assessment processes, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people aged 0-25.
You will play a key role in coordinating EHC needs assessments, developing person-centred EHCPs and working closely with families, schools and multi-agency professionals to ensure children and young people receive the right support to achieve their potential Key responsibilities: * Coordinate statutory EHC needs assessments for children and young people aged 0-25, ensuring all statutory timescales are met * Coordinate and monitor Annual Reviews, including key transition points and person-centred review meetings.
* Develop and co-produce Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) with children, young people, families and professionals * Maintain accurate case records and ensure all information is recorded on the Council's database within required timescales. Key requirements: * Strong knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2015 * Minimum 2 years experience within Local Authority SEND * Proven experience working within SEND/EHC statutory assessment and casework Hit the apply button now or contact Richard on 01772 954200 or
