Are you an experienced Surveying Administrator with excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail and a background in property, surveying or professional services administration? We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Surveying Administrator to join an established business in Hillington. You’ll provide essential administrative support to surveyors, helping to coordinate appointments, prepare reports and documentation, maintain property records and databases, manage correspondence and ensure surveying projects progress smoothly.

Your meticulous approach will be vital in maintaining accurate records, databases, and comprehensive filing systems. You will also play a supportive role in general office administration, offering guidance to junior administrative colleagues when needed, and expertly preparing and formatting essential reports, letters, quotations, and other critical documentation. Your personality, experience and qualifications We are seeking an individual with proven previous experience in a Senior Administrator, Office Administrator, Team Administrator or a similar administrative leadership role.

While not essential, prior experience within surveying, property, construction, architecture, or a professional services environment would be highly advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of our sector's unique demands. You will possess excellent command of English, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and effective communication.
