Responsibilities in your new role as Assistant Breakfast Manager As our Assistant Breakfast Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless start to their day. This involves responding promptly and appropriately to all guest needs and questions, consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will effectively manage the distribution of workload amongst yourself and your direct reports, ensuring performance expectations are consistently met.
Furthermore, you'll provide expert assistance with menu choices, demonstrating a clear understanding of the impact menu selections have on both profitability and productivity. Your personality, experience and qualifications We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations and previous supervisory experience. You’ll lead by example, maintaining high standards of service, presentation and professionalism while supporting the wider team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
