Sales Business Development Director | Agentic Trust

Remote, United States We’re partnering with a global technology organization is looking to hire a Sales Business Development Director to help define and commercialise a new initiative focused on AI, cybersecurity, identity, and trust. This is a newly created role sitting within a dedicated cross-functional team responsible for validating market demand, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and helping build a completely new category.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, legal, sales leadership, enterprise customers, and hyperscalers to help bring a new offering to market. What You’ll Do Engage CISOs and senior cybersecurity leaders. Validate market demand and identify commercial opportunities. Build compelling business cases aligned to customer priorities. Help shape GTM strategy and market positioning. Collaborate with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and hyperscalers.

Support the development of qualification frameworks and commercial processes. Contribute to category creation and long-term growth strategy. What We’re Looking For Strong enterprise sales or business development background. Experience selling into cybersecurity, identity, risk, compliance, or adjacent markets. Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders. Experience building new markets, products, territories, or business initiatives.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and highly entrepreneurial environments. Strong executive presence and commercial acumen. Curiosity, ownership, and a builder mentality. Why Join?
