Key Responsibilities Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes. Assist with classroom management and behaviour support. Support pupils with SEND where required. Requirements Level 2 or level 3 early years qualification Experience working with children within an educational setting. A positive, proactive and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
