Step into a fulfilling contract role as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting children from kindergarten through 12th grade in the Sennet, NY area. This opportunity combines the flexibility of a 32.5-hour workweek with the chance to make a meaningful impact on students with a variety of needs. Youll work with a diverse caseload, including children with mild to severe disabilities such as autism, cognitive delays, emotional disturbance, and Down syndrome, employing your expertise in both traditional and teletherapy settings to help students achieve their communication goals.

What were looking for: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid New York SLP license Active TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) certification Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience and comfort working with K-12 populations Proficiency supporting students with a range of needs, including those with developmental and intellectual disabilities Experience in school-based and/or pediatric SLP services, including teletherapy Strong collaborative skills and adaptability within multidisciplinary teams Key responsibilities: Provide evaluation, assessment, and therapy for K-12 students as outlined in their IEPs Develop individualized plans to support speech and language development Implement therapeutic strategies using evidence-based practices Maintain accurate records and track student progress Consult with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive care Engage in team meetings, IEP planning, and ongoing caseload management Onsite staff enjoy weekly pay, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, plus 401K retirement plans to support your future.
