UAT Coordinator, Software Implementation Projects **Location:** [Remote] **Reports To:** Director of Program Delivery About the Role Our client is seeking a UAT Coordinator to lead user acceptance testing efforts across our software implementation engagements. This role sits at the intersection of business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring that solutions are validated by the people who will actually use them before they go live.

You’ll work closely with project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to plan, execute, and track UAT cycles that give clients confidence their systems work as intended. What You’ll Do – Develop and maintain UAT plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria in partnership with business analysts and client subject matter experts – Coordinate UAT scheduling, participant recruitment, and environment readiness across concurrent projects – Facilitate UAT kickoff sessions and provide hands-on support to testers throughout the cycle – Track defects, triage severity with the delivery team, and manage retesting through resolution – Maintain UAT status reporting and communicate progress, risks, and blockers to project leadership and clients – Support go/no-go readiness reviews by compiling test results and outstanding issues – Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of UAT processes and templates – Partner with training and change management resources to ensure testers understand the systems they’re validating What You Bring – 3+ years of experience coordinating or leading UAT for software implementation projects, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment – Strong understanding of the SDLC and where UAT fits within broader implementation and release timelines – Experience with test management or defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar) – Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent testing cycles – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders – Healthcare, government, or payer/provider systems experience a plus – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Salary: $60K-$70K
