To Apply for this Job Click Here We are currently recruiting experienced Mould Wash / Painter & Decorators to join a busy social housing contract in Islington This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for experienced decorators looking for long-term, secure work, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent salary of up to £38,000 . Duties include: • Treating damp and mould issues in residents’ properties • Carrying out mould wash and appropriate treatments • Preparing surfaces for painting • Painting and decorating to a high standard • Recording visits, treatments and materials used • Working professionally in customers’ homes ✅ Requirements: • Time-served Painting & Decorating experience • P&D qualification not essential if experience can be demonstrated • Social housing experience preferred • Damp & mould treatment experience advantageous • Full UK driving licence • Maximum 6 points on licence • No driving ban within the last 5 years • Basic DBS check required ⭐ What’s on offer: Company van ⛽ Fuel card Monday–Friday, 8am–5:30pm Temp-to-perm position Up to £38k permanent salary Long-term social housing contract Fantastic opportunity with a well-established company!
