about the job. Monitor and track investment workflows, including capital calls, distributions, subscription documentation, redemption notices, and investor communications. Coordinate with private banks, prime brokers, fund administrators, and external asset managers regarding payment instructions, fund transfers, settlements, and daily operational requirements. Manage client onboarding, KYC, AML, and periodic review requests from financial institutions, fund managers, administrators, and external counterparties.
Maintain a structured digital repository for legal documentation, corporate records, board resolutions, facility agreements, contracts, and transaction proofs. Compile and route bank statements, trade records, portfolio data, and capital account statements for NAV reporting, management account preparation, tax filings, and compliance checks. skills & experiences required. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience gained from Big 4 audit firms, fund administration, private banking middle office, corporate services, compliance, accounting, or investment operations. Familiarity with KYC/AML processes, fund operations, alternative investments, corporate structures, SPVs, offshore entities, or private banking operations is highly preferred. Strong bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and professional business English (written and spoken).
