Involves close collaboration with the Customer Experience (CX) team (including UX Designers and QA Engineers), Product Owners, Development teams, and Ops & Support based across Hong Kong and India.

Regular interaction with enterprise clients, suppliers, and third-party solution providers to ensure cohesive digital delivery. about the job. Guide the flagship digital ecosystem by defining and delivering transformative solutions that support a global network of operational assets. Develop clear user stories and transform unclear demands into distinct functional and non-functional requirements aligned with the product vision.

Partner with Product Owners and the CX team to evolve product roadmaps, surface risks, and manage priorities based on business value. Analyse user feedback and UX analytics to unlock insights, translating them into actionable strategies that improve product performance. Coordinate across IT, operations, and external stakeholders to negotiate priorities and ensure smooth change adoption via strategic rollouts.

Guide and mentor junior Business Analysts to foster excellence and rapid iteration within the team. skills & experiences required. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis or Senior BA role, with a core focus on developing repeatable and scalable IT products. Fluent in written and spoken English, with confident communication and presentation skills. Strong ability to use data for prioritisation, demonstrated through advanced Excel skills or database/analytics tools (e.g., SQL, ElasticSearch, or Google Analytics).

Proven experience leading change management initiatives across large departments and influencing senior stakeholders up to the C-Suite. Applied experience using AI prompting for research, requirements gathering, use case discovery, and data analysis. Demonstrated evidence of mentoring, displaying a strong team-player mindset that embraces different perspectives. Proficiency with JIRA for sprint planning and Figma for design collaboration is highly desirable.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with the flexibility to adapt to Waterfall or Hybrid frameworks. Qualifications in process mapping (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are preferred. A background in global logistics, aviation, or transport industries will be considered a significant advantage.
