about the job Build and execute the regional EHS strategy, risk management programs, and country-specific action plans compliant with local APAC regulations. Guide project and technical teams on Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols across data center and field environments. Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for enterprise clients, lead contractor audits, and oversee subcontractor safety onboarding.
Lead root-cause investigations for site incidents or near-misses, track corrective actions, and oversee injury management and return-to-work protocols. Conduct site inspections, maintain ISO-aligned documentation, track APAC safety KPIs, and deliver targeted training to foster a strong safety culture. job requirement Degree in Engineering / Safety or equivalent 8–10 years of progressive EHS leadership within critical infrastructure, data centers, MEP, or technical construction environments.
Proven track record building EHS management systems from scratch, deep knowledge of APAC safety legislation, and hands-on experience with RAMS and PTW. Professional EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) strongly preferred Willingness to travel regionally across APAC (approx. 30–50%) for site audits and project support; fully office/site-based arrangement.
