Key responsibilities include: Coordinate regional governance forums, track project milestones, record action items, and craft high-impact presentation decks, dashboards, and management reports for senior stakeholders.
Manage project portfolio financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, and resource onboarding and planning. Oversee the end-to-end processing of vendor contracts and invoices, handle purchase orders, and resolve payment queries while maintaining strict audit compliance. Drive special strategic projects, facilitate day-to-day operational cadence, manage team logistics, and serve as a reliable liaison across cross-functional technology, finance, and business units.
skills and experience required: 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Business Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or Business Operations within the banking and financial services sector (exposure to Wealth Management or Private Banking is highly advantageous). Proven track record in project financial tracking, vendor management, budget forecasting, and operational governance. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-ready reports and visual dashboards.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
